Cancellation Requests

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, which means you have up to 72 hours before your scheduled pick up or delivery of your order to request a cancellation.

We will not issue a refund if your request is made with less than 72 hours notice to cancel your order.

 

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus 30%. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
